Our bathhouse experience is centered around Hot-Cold-Relax®: sauna, cold therapy, and mindful rest. Three steps, hundreds of health benefits.

Enter the sauna & sweat it all out

Spending time in the sauna is a tradition that is thousands of years old. And for good reason: saunas support cardiovascular health, boost immunity, improve cognitive function, and more. We recommend spending up to 15 minutes in the sauna, but as always, listen to your body.

Experience a rush like no other in the cold plunge & shower

Get ready to shift your state of being. First, hit the cold shower to wash away sweat from the sauna, then enter the cold plunge for up to 5 minutes. From increased focus and mental clarity to boosted metabolism, there’s a reason people brave the plunge.

Relax, rehydrate & repeat

Wait for your body to naturally warm back up in the lounge areas before you head back into the sauna to restart the circuit. You can curl up on the heated furniture, order a tea and some energy bites, refill your water bottle, read a book, or chat with friends. Our space is phone-free to give your brain time away from buzzes and dings to reconnect and recharge.
