Forest Yoga with Recess Yoga
Details
We have partnered with our friends at Recess Yoga for Yoga under the trees.
Sign up is free. You can sign up at the Sauna House booth. The teachers from Recess Yoga will be doing classes at the times below.
11am, 12pm, 2pm, and 4pm each day.

This is a free event but spots will be limited.
What is Forest Yoga?
The teachers from Recess Yoga will be offering free sessions on the banks of the Eno river. They will be doing guided Yoga sessions 11am, 12pm, 2pm, and 4pm each day.
You can sign-up at the Sauna House booth. You do NOT need to sign-up for the sauna and cold plunge if you just wish to do Yoga.
Do I need to bring my own Yoga mat?
If you are planning to do Forest Yoga with Recess, then we suggest brining a mat and comfortable clothes for doing yoga.

Do I need a festival ticket to enter?
Yes. You will need to purchase a ticket to enter the festival.
You can get $5 off the festival ticket price for single day adult tickets with the code Saunahouse (all one word, with just the “S” capitalized) - You need to purchase your festival ticket at the Eno Festival website.
Why isn't sauna & plunge access included with a festival ticket?
We are a vendor partner at the festival and are planning to charge a very small fee to help cover our travel and set-up costs.
What should I bring?
We will provide the saunas and cold plunges, but we suggest that you bring the following items:
- Bathing suit
- Towel
- Water bottle
- Sunscreen
- Good vibes
- Yoga mat if you are doing yoga
Is this weather dependent?
We will be there rain or shine! If there is serious thunder or lightning, then we will need to shut down.
Why do I need to reserve a spot?
Last year's pop-up was a massive success! We have limited space available in the saunas—reserving a spot helps us manage flow and capacity.
Should I bring a water bottle?
Yes!! The Festival for the Eno has free filtered water available for all attendees. We will also be selling towels and water bottles if you forget to bring them.
