What's included with an individual massage?
Every massage booking includes a full 60-minute deep tissue massage and a two-hour bathhouse session. You'll have access to the sauna, cold plunge, heated furniture, and lounge areas.
What's included with a monthly massage membership?
Every massage membership includes:
1 60-minute weekday Massage
Same-day 2-hour bathhouse visit
2 additional 2-hour bathhouse visits
$35 additional bathhouse visits
15% off beverages + merch
10% off additional single + couples massages
What should I bring?
Bring a swimsuit and we'll take care of the rest! We provide everything you'll need, including fresh linens, oils, towels, and access to our showers and changing spaces. You are more than welcome to bring your own water bottle and bathhouse slides if you would like.
Can I book as a non-member?
Yes! Massages are available to both members and non-members. Members do enjoy booking, pricing, and product perks.
Do massage credits roll over for members?
Yes! Massage credits remain on your account for 3 months from the date they were issued. Redemptions will automatically apply to the massage with the closest expiration date. The same applies for additional bathhouse visits.
When will I be charged for my massage?
A hold will be placed on your card for 50% of the booked service. Unless your appointment is rescheduled or cancelled within 24-hours, you will be charged upon checking out with the bathhouse staff at the end of your visit.
Can I use the bathhouse before or after massage?
The bathhouse is open to use for 2 hours after every massage. Showers are available to use beforehand.
What is the cancellation/reschedule policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Booking changes made within 24 hours may result in a fee.
Should I Tip?
Tips are not included. For guidance - a gratuity of 15–25% is customary for massage services and can be added at checkout.
Is there an age restriction?
Massage guests must be 18+.
Bathhouse guests can be 14+ if accompanied by an adult.
Prenatal or health considerations.
At this time, we are not offering prenatal massage. We recommend consulting with your provider about safe options in your area.
Do you sell gift cards for massage?
Yes! All Sauna House gift cards can be applied toward massage services, memberships, bathhouse visits, or retail items.
