Infrared sauna rooms run at a much lower temperature than traditional Finnish saunas. They heat the body through near and far infrared wave lengths. Some people enjoy the lower temperature and longer exposure. It takes awhile to break a sweat, but once you do it seems to just flow out! They come with built in speakers, multiple light colors for chromotherapy, and are easy to install. We see many Lyme Disease patients at our business and they all agree that infrared sauna improves their lives significantly.
Small units start around $5000 four person saunas $6,500-8000.
We design and build custom sauna rooms with electric heaters. Throughout the process you’ll work with Andrew, the founder of Sauna House, to discus the process and get pricing. Pricing is based off the design, wood type, lighting design, and room size.
Small rooms start around 5k and you can purchase pre cut rooms and heaters shipped direct to your house for a fun weekend project.
The most traditional sauna comes from a wood burning stove. To build a wood burning stove you need to take some precautions, but they are an amazing experience in which you can drive the temperature up above 200 degrees! We enjoy our saunas at 180 to 190!
