A fraudulent site is impersonating Sauna House

A website operating at the domain saunahousehq.shop has copied our brand, our product photography, our product listings, and our logo. It is not owned by, affiliated with, or authorized by Sauna House.

The site lists our real customer support address as its contact email. Messages sent to that address reach us, not the operators of that site. We have no way to contact them and no ability to fulfill, refund, or cancel anything ordered there.

What we have observed. The site offers products at roughly 70% off our former retail prices. Its checkout page collects credit card information directly, without any third-party payment processor of the kind legitimate retailers use, while displaying card brand logos that create the appearance of secure payment handling. An independent security service, urlscan.io, has classified it as a fraudulent retail site.

If you entered payment information there, contact your card issuer now and ask them to cancel and reissue the card. Do not simply monitor it for charges.

If you created an account there using a password you use elsewhere, change that password everywhere you use it. Sauna House does not currently sell physical products online. Our online store is offline ahead of a planned relaunch. The only purchases you can make from us online are gift cards and service bookings, at www.saunahouse.com and book.saunahouse.com. Any other site selling Sauna House merchandise is not us.
We will never ask you for payment information by email or text message.
We have alerted the appropriate parties and are pursuing removal of the site.
